There are two varieties in which such chemical pumps comes:

Metal Pumps – These can be termed as the ferrous or non-ferrous ones and are mainly manufactured using stainless steel, a nickel alloy, or even titanium to protect them from excessive corrosion.

Non-metallic pumps are constructed by mud pump manufacturers using the material rubber, which can be natural or synthetic in nature, ceramics, special plastic such as polypropylene and PVDF, etc. Non-metallic pumps are generally used for corrosive materials.

The selection procedure is always tough, and so the question here arises, how will you select the right chemical pump?
